Inlet Construction Inc. was founded right here in Hampton Roads with a simple mission: deliver reliable, high-quality underground utility work that stands up to the demands of coastal Virginia's soil, weather, and infrastructure needs.
Over two decades, we've grown from a small excavation crew into a full-service underground utility contractor — installing water mains, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage infrastructure, and complete site utility packages for projects of every scale.
